For any team that does not have USA/Insurance you would still need to register your team with the USA which can easily be done by going to the USA of PA website and under forms -  fill out the one page (individual team registration form) and submit that.  You are then eligible to play in any sanctioned

USA Invitational or Showcase tournament for the entire year.
